St Josephs Liverpool accommodation information

What are the upfront costs?

There is an immediate application fee of £50. This secures the room for yourself and covers any referencing costs. Once this payment has been made, we will then proceed with the referencing stage. The deposit for this property is £250. We will also ask for the first month’s rent in advance, this depends on the size of the room you have applied for.

 When do I have to pay the rest of the money?

Once you have been approved for the property, you will then be given a sign up date to come into our office to sign a tenancy agreement, pay your deposit and first month’s rent and collect your keys.

How long would it take for my deposit to be returned?

 Your deposit goes into the deposit protection scheme. Once we have received confirmation that the property has been left in a satisfactory state, you can apply for your deposit to be returned. This will take 10 working days

What are the requirements for applying to rent?

You will need to be in full time employment and earn 3 times the monthly rent in order to be approved without a guarantor. If you do need a guarantor, they would need to be in full time employment and earn 3 times the monthly rent to be approved as an acceptable guarantor.

How much is the rent for St Joseph's for students and professionals?

Single room first month’s rent: £303.33

Double room first month’s rent: £390

Is smoking allowed in the building?

 No, St Josephs is a communal type accommodation so smokers will have to go outside to smoke.

Is there a reliable internet access?

Yes the building is fitted with high speed broadband Wi-Fi.

Do the rooms have their own keys or is it an open door arrangement?

All rooms are fitted with individual locks. All tenants receive their own keys. They also receive a fob for the main entrance.

What is the shortest let possible for students and professionals?

The shortest rental contract is six months

Does St Joseph's Liverpool accommodation have parking facilities?

Yes, there are convenient parking spaces located in the area.
